When I was promoted to 'Pilot,' my focus shifted to helping others, training new drivers and finding practical, everyday ways to make the job easier and better for the whole crew.

Bartending and waiting tables in the heart of Kødbyen meant managing chaos with a smile. On a practical level, I was balancing fast-paced bartending with high volume table service. On a human level, I was learning how to read a diverse crowd. I learned to match the energy of the room, handle demanding guests on the fly, and turn over tables efficiently without making a single person feel rushed.

Café Svanen | Kitchen Assistant
My introduction to hard work started at 13 as a dishwasher (which probably wasn't entirely legal). When I turned 16, I transitioned into a kitchen assistant role. Working in a kitchen taught me grit, work ethic, and teamwork. I learned how to keep my cool in a chaotic environment, prep the line, and have the chef's back so the whole restaurant could run smoothly from the inside out.
