Leading Storm Group's brand and communication efforts as Content Manager, I completely revamped their digital platforms. Over 9 months, the tailored content took Instagram engagement from 0.5% to 1.2% and increased organic social traffic to the career site from 3.7% to 15.5% of total traffic. I was also a key player in streamlining their recruitment funnel by launching a new ATS (careers.stormgroup.net), taking ownership of the design, copywriting, and backend setup.
