Built alongside the Østerbro retail space JP Studio, Spumoni was a strategic case study designed to test the power of brand framing. Where JP Studio focused on affordable, blank kids' apparel, Spumoni elevated that exact same commodity through dedicated art direction and graphic design. Over three months, I led the rollout from end to end, proving how visual identity drives value while simultaneously building the custom web store, POS integration, and inventory backend.
