As a partner in JP Studio, I helped establish a children’s apparel store on Østerbro called JP Studio. The store's core concept was selling affordable, blank clothing for kids, with t-shirts priced as low as 40 DKK.
While building the store, I began working on Spumoni. Strategically, the brand was made to upsell the core product by elevating it through branding and design. By developing a distinct brand identity and applying custom prints, I proved it was possible to sell the identical core blanks at a 3.7x higher average price, driving new revenue without cannibalizing existing sales.
The brand took 3 months to fully develop. I built it on the back of a prior digital infrastructure I had already implemented for JP Studio, building a custom e-commerce store, an inventory management system, and POS integration.
